Rare Victorian Tortoiseshell Hafted Silver Bladed Folding Fruit Knife.  The shell handle is inlaid with abalone shell forming a bird sitting on silver wire.  The knife has a decorated solid silver spine along the edge of the piece.   The piece was made in Sheffield 1868 and made by James Fenton.
 
Condition:The spring is worn as the blade needs to be pulled in and out of the handle.  There are some scratches to the blade.  The blade sits out of the handle when fully closed.  Length of the knife open is 4.65 inches and closed is 2.9 Inches.
