Description
Rare George III Mother of Pearl Hafted Silver Bladed Folding Fruit Fork. The mother of pearl handle is decorated with floral decoration and has an oblong vacant plate to the centre of the handle. The fork has a diagonally striped solid silver spine along the edge of the piece. mThe piece dates to around 1800.
Condition:Very Good. The blade spring is good as the blade snaps in and out of the handle. Length of the fork open is 5.5 inches and closed is 3.1 Inches.
